A 24-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30%. No show appointments will incur a fee of 50% that must be paid prior to booking future services. Repeated last minute cancellations or reschedules will require a deposit or result in limited future booking availability. I understand life happens and unexpected situations come up and most times, grace is given. Please understand that missed appointments impact my schedule and livelihood.
